I am a research associate in the Department of Physics at University of Maryland, College Park, working in the field of theoretical astrophysics. Previously, I completed my doctoral studies at the Institut d'Astrophysique de Paris, in France.
My research is focused on black holes and dark matter. I am interested in modelling the relativistic dynamics of coalescing black hole binaries, and the associated emission of gravitational radiation, as well as in accounting for the phenomenology of the modified Newtonian dynamics through alternative models of dark matter.
